Introduction and Purpose

At MindArch Health Inc., we are committed to fostering a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. Responsibilities

Management

Senior leadership and management are responsible for championing DEI initiatives, providing necessary resources and support, and leading by example.

They are responsible for implementing and enforcing the DEI policy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support and guidance to employees and interns.

Employees

All employees are expected to adhere to the principles outlined in this policy, treat their colleagues with respect and dignity, and actively contribute to creating a safe, secure, equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

Prohibited Conduct

MindArch Health prohibits any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias based on gender, including but not limited to:

  • Unfair treatment in hiring, promotion, or assignment of duties

  • Offensive or derogatory remarks or jokes 

  • Sexual harassment or unwanted advances

  • Retaliation against individuals who report incidents of gender-based discrimination or harassment.
